In 2013, HerHeadquarters founder, Carina Glover, debuted her first business with a launch party that no one showed up to. She was determined to prove she could do it all alone and it cost her everything. As she cried on the bathroom floor of the empty venue, it was a painful lesson that collaboration was crucial for success. That raw moment sparked a shift: she became a master of delegation and collaboration, leading to partnerships with the Grammys, NFL Honors Awards, and more.

By 2019, HerHeadquarters was born as an ecosystem designed to make delegation the norm. The vision was clear: to give companies the village they need to fuel success and protect their teams from having their bathroom floor moment.

Since then, we've been connecting companies to vetted, women-owned vendors who are allies, invested in mutual success and equipped to deliver measurable results.
