FAQs

How do I receive my cashback?

After paying your contractor (or collaborator) on HerHeadquarters, you'll receive your 3.5% cashback. The credit will be issued to the payment method used within HerHeadquarters to pay your collaborator. Credits will be issued on the first business day of the following month after a deposit or final balance is issued to your collaborator. For example, if you hire a business on HerHeadquarters on November 12 and make the deposit for services to begin, your 3.5% cashback will be issued on December 2.

Are there any restrictions on who I can hire?

The only restriction is that the hire is made and all payments to your contractor (or collaborator) is made within HerHeadquarters platform.

How long will the offer be available?

This offer is available from November 12, 2024 - January 31, 2025 for any hires made through HerHeadquarters platform. Only payments made during this time period are eligible for the 3.5% cash back, including deposits and final balances.

Do you have to be a woman entrepreneur to join HerHeadquarters?

No. Anyone whose a team member of a woman-owned business can join HerHeadquarters and hire, network, and secure projects on behalf of the business.
